High levels of workforce engagement are essential enablers of productivity and well-being at work. Faced with many challenges, the oil and gas industry has been working harder than ever to find smarter ways to do business, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and continue to attract investment. None of this can be delivered with a disengaged workforce, whether onshore or offshore.

The Employee Engagement Resources Hub provides information, guidance, and material that member companies can use to support their efforts in this area, including infographics, presentations, and webinars.

Future content will be influenced by learnings from member companies, the sharing of best practice, industrial / employee relations examples and by the workforce engagement group, which is made up of senior HR and communications experts from member companies.

Roadmap 2035
