About this group

The Assurance and Verification Task Finish Group, endorsed by OEUK’s H&S Operators Technical Group, was formed to consider the identified weaknesses and identify solutions and/or good practice already in place that would provide robust means to reduce hydrocarbon releases on the UK Continental Shelf.

Available to: OEUK member companies with a specific interest and experience in this area.

Objectives

  1. Develop a guideline which provides information relating to good practices in the implementation of an Assurance & Verification framework with a focus on the prevention of hydrocarbon releases.
  2. Develop a training and competence framework for verification and assurance activities.
