Guidelines on Late-Life Decommissioning Inspection and Maintenance – Issue 1

These guidelines have been prepared to provide operators a new framework for the effective management of late-life and decommissioning inspection and maintenance operations. The materials comprise the guidelines, which describe the use of the framework, and a spreadsheet containing the inspection/maintenance framework.

Within the spreadsheet, one sheet is blank, ready for use and the other is an Operator example for a Normally Unmanned Installation. The framework is easily modified for each Operator’s specific systems and is intended for operators to use as appropriate.
