Oil & Gas UK commissioned Dundas Consultants to undertake an independent study looking at the allocation of risk between contractors and operators based on a ‘typical’ removal case of a large fixed platform with subsea tie-backs. Dundas Consultants collated the information and presented it in two separate reports, one with the operators’ view and one with the contractors’ view. The reports are included in full in this document and are titled:
