The Oil & Gas UK ‘Off Payroll Working (IR 35) in the Private Sector’ guidelines provide members with information and the steps to follow as they prepare for changes to off-payroll legislation (IR35) which will be implemented in April 2020.  Though the final legislation has not yet been published and an HMRC consultation is still ongoing, members are urged to begin preparing for these changes now, if they have not already done so.  The guidance will be updated as required when the final legislation is issued.
