International energy transition specialist Well-Safe Solutions has appointed energy finance specialist Derek Leith to the Board as Non-Executive Director, it said February 13.
Based in Aberdeen, Mr Leith (below, courtesy WSS) brings over 35 years of financial experience to Well-Safe Solutions, with nearly three decades in various executive and management roles at EY, including as Global Oil & Gas Tax Leader. He said he was looking forward to helping Well-Safe Solutions grow and influence the energy transition sector.
Well-Safe Solutions CEO Phil Milton said: “Derek’s experience is wide-ranging and attracting someone with his deep energy sector and energy transition experience is a credit to the company’s ambitions.”
