Event Overview
Join us at the 2024 Offshore Energies UK Wells Conference, sponsored by North Sea Transition Authority, and supported by Well-Safe Solutions at Union Kirk, Aberdeen. This year the conference will take a look at the changing dynamic of wells activity and the role of wells in unlocking the UK’s homegrown energy security. As part of the conference, the agenda will look at how the skills and knowledge of the previous decades are evolving into the delivery of different well types with lower emissions footprints whilst maximising economic recovery.
The half-day event on Wednesday 9th October, will start with lunch and close with a drinks reception. It will welcome over 100 delegates from the wells community, industry leaders, recent graduates, and those in the early stages of their careers.
The conference will open with a leading industry keynote on the subject of UKCS activity. This will be followed by presentations on well performance and risks with input from the UK regulators, plus input on developing the young workforce for the next evolution of the UKCS.
