We are proud to make a huge contribution. In 2022/23 alone we will add over £20bn to the UK economy.
Since the turn of the millennium, we have paid £150bn in production taxes. That’s equivalent to what the Government will spend this year on pensions and education combined. 2022 Gross Value Added (GVA) of £20bn – equal to nearly 1.5% of total UK GVA.
