Valaris have developed a new way of showcasing the Valaris DS-18 drillship. The virtual tour brings to life the drilling floor, bridge control room, galley, medic bay, and technical library.
The virtual tour also allows viewers to view the oil rig from multiple perspectives including an aerial view to show the derrick, and enclosed riser storage bay.
The drillship can host up to 210 people on board, with the capacity to drill to a maximum depth of 40,000 feet.
This is an exciting new venture to encapsulate the experience of touring an oil rig from a digital lense.
