The Commercial Managers Forum (CMF) exists to provide sustainable leadership for developing and embedding the collaborative and problem-solving commercial behaviours needed to efficiently deliver MER UK.

The Commercial Managers Forum (CMF) operates in a transparent, proportionate and non-discriminatory manner and works towards addressing identified commercial issues. The CMF replaces the Commercial Code of Practice Champions Network (CCOP).

Available to: Senior Commercial Managers from licensee or infrastructure operator members of OEUK.

Objectives

  1. Act as custodians of CCOP and ICOP, and champions of described behaviours. Measure progress against CCOP & ICOP expectations.
  2. Owners of specific industry-led commercial workgroups
  3. Provide a forum to share commercial lessons & good practice, to allow discussion of direction of travel on MER UK behaviours and to build connections and trust between Commercial Managers outside of the heat of a negotiation or dispute.
  4. Vehicle for the OGA and OEUK members to engage directly with the leaders of commercial behaviours within each organisation working in UKCS.
