AFRY Management Consulting has been commissioned by Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) to conduct an analysis of how a net zero power grid by 2030 can be achieved.
The independent report outlines the required rates of technology deployment (offshore and onshore wind, solar PV, CCS and hydrogen) , planning consents, award of Government support contracts and grid connections. The study finds that fast, effective and collaborative effort needed to reach government net zero power targets.
