SRCN Solutions has completed a work management assessment for a North Sea operator, adding another new name to its customer portfolio. The aim was to assess how efficiently the operator was managing its work. The work entailed six weeks on a fixed-scope contract awarded in February.
SRCN Solutions’ director Colin Wilson said the assessment provided the customer with the clearest possible understanding of its current performance and a detailed understanding of current areas of high performance as well as opportunities for improvement.
The results will be used to develop a structured programme to improve maintenance and work execution efficiency and efficacy for the client.
