How can I check the validity of an OEUK medical certificate?

Anyone wishing to check the validity of an OEUK medical certificate should first consult the list of medical examiners here. Then:
    1. check that the doctor is on the OEUK list
    2. check that the doctor is on the list at the clinic/facility/location/provider given on the certificate.
If the OEUK website does not confirm a) and b), contact OEUK, who can confirm if a doctor has moved, retired or left the list since the certificate was issued.
The procedure above will verify if the doctor named on the certificate was actually on the OEUK list at the issuing facility at the time. If it is suspected that the certificate may be invalid because a date, name or other detail may be incorrect, contact the issuing doctor/clinic/facility directly on the email, address or telephone number on the certificate. No other verification checks should be regarded as authoritative.
