Crondall Energy marks 25 years of delivering pioneering offshore energy solutions and, more recently, supporting emissions reduction and CCS projects. Since its founding in 2001, the company has grown into a globally recognised independent consultancy specialising in floating and subsea technologies.
Its journey has been shaped by major milestones, including establishing its subsea division and expanding into Aberdeen, Newcastle and Singapore, which strengthened its specialist capabilities. The development of PROBE pipeline design software and the commercialisation of harsh-environment FPSO technology further cemented its technical leadership.
Crondall Energy later advanced into energy transition work, advising on electrification, decarbonisation and the UK’s early CCUS projects. Recent innovations include progress on its patented NUI buoy technology, now proven to TRL6, and the development of SafeMoor for floating wind. Today, Crondall Energy’s nearly 50-strong team continues to support clients worldwide with trusted expertise and industry-leading innovation.
“As we celebrate 25 years of Crondall Energy, I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—we look forward to shaping the next 25 years with you with the same passion and commitment.” – Anna-Louise Peters, Managing Director
