Event Overview
Strengthen! Prepared to respond and recover
After the success of OEUK’s inaugural Security & Resilience Conference in 2025, we are excited to launch the return of this important event for 2026.
Join us at Union Kirk, Aberdeen, on Wednesday 22 April 2026, for a day dedicated to strengthening the industry’s approach to security and resilience.
This year’s conference will deliver vital updates on a range of security threats and practical insights you can take back to your organisation to enhance preparedness and response. One of the key outcomes of the 2025 conference was a recognition that sharing of experiences was important and this conference is designed to do the same ensuring attendees leave with the latest concepts and insights across physical and cyber security.
What to expect
- Expert speakers: hear from leading security and resilience specialists across the military, regulatory, industry, and academic sectors.
- Latest thinking: explore new concepts and strategies in cyber security.
- Networking opportunities: build connections with peers from across the sector.
- Focused agenda: structured around the OODA loop (Observe, Orientate, Decide, Act), to ensure that we can be as resilient as possible in the ‘VUCA’ (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment in terms of preparedness, response and recovery.
