About this group
The Major Hazards Technical Group identified themes to discuss; one of those concerned the role of the Technical Authority. It was agreed that a small working group be formed to review the requirement for;
• organisation,
• reporting line, and
• roles of Technical Authorities
to see if a flexible approach could be developed that would provide greater clarity and help duty holders align and gap test against what would be described as good practice.
