HCR AI Assistant

The assistant uses data from all ROGI (Reporting of Oil & Gas Incidents) forms submitted during this period. The raw data was reviewed, cleaned, and organised to ensure accuracy and make it easy to query.

Each HCR record was checked for errors and standardised. Incomplete or unclear entries are marked as “Unknown” or “N/A”, so the assistant always tells you when information is missing. The final dataset covers a range of factors, such as causes, equipment types, severity, detection methods, and more.

The assistant is powered by a custom-built AI model that can interpret natural language questions and return useful answers in plain English. Depending on your question, the assistant can summarise findings, display results in tables, or generate charts to show trends and patterns.

The chat interface was developed as a web-based tool that is simple to use and works on any device. The design was refined with feedback from industry users, making sure it is both practical and user-friendly. You can also download your chat transcript, including tables and charts, for reference or reporting.
