Maersk Training in the UK has announced the launch of its upgraded Training Management Solution (TMS) with the aim of improving training management for companies dealing with reduced headcount and remote working amid the Coronavirus pandemic.
The software is divided into two parts – a mobile app aimed at delegates and a web-based application for the administrators and training facilitators. It offers a fully customised solution to meet global training needs whilst reducing administrative time and costs.
The app provides a full overview of the employee’s individual training requirements, from training due to expire to current courses due to be completed, as well as a training record. The web application supplies the employers with a customised view and management of individual employees’ training matrix, simplifying the administrative process, logistics and cost optimisation.
