    I’m interested in becoming a member. Is there someone I can talk to?

    Of course, our membership team would be happy to organise a meeting with you to see how your organisation would benefit from membership. Please email [email protected] with an indication of your main business interests and our team will arrange a meeting and potentially bring colleagues along too.

    How do I become a member?

    We would be delighted to welcome you to OEUK membership. You can either complete the online form or email [email protected] who can send you the forms to complete.

    How long does it take to become a member?

    We work hard to make sure that new members are onboarded within 10 days of submitting their forms. If you have a specific date in mind, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    How much does it cost?

    To ensure a balanced representation across the sector, we base our membership fees on the size of your company’s turnover. The price categories are found within our membership pack.

    How does membership work?

    As a member, you will have access to exclusive forums and workgroups, profile-raising opportunities, the chance to influence policies that support the industry, free access to industry guidelines and the opportunity to contribute to them, discounts at our events and access to experts to name a few.

    I am a contractor, can I become a member?

    Yes, we have various categories for membership based on your size. If you are contracted to a member company already, you can access resources through that membership. Alternatively, you can become a member yourself and access materials.

    I represent a university, can I become a member?

    Yes, we offer memberships for universities and academic institutions. There is a category for this within our fee structure.

    I am another trade body, can I become a member?

    Yes, we actively welcome the opportunity to work with other trade bodies and collaborate on projects. We offer an Associate membership and are open to discussing reciprocal memberships where appropriate.

    Can I join a workgroup without being a member?

    Access to all our forums and workgroups is for members only. We occasionally make exceptions if there is a presentation request or a particular piece of work to do, but these are rare. However, we can invite you to attend one forum or workgroup as an observer to see if membership would be of interest to you.

    How do I know what forums and workgroups to get involved in?

    You can find a full list on our forums and workgroups page. Your key account manager can also advise on who from within your company has signed up to which forums. We can only work with the information you provide us, so please update us on your former colleagues who used to attend our forums.

    Do members get discounted tickets to OEUK events?

    Yes, all members are eligible for our member tickets which offer a 35% saving on the full ticket price.

    How do I book to attend an OEUK event?

    All our events are bookable via the events listings.

    Is it possible to sponsor or exhibit at OEUK events?

    Yes, and we would love to hear from you! Please get in touch at [email protected]

    I am a member and can’t access the member dashboard. What is my log in?

    You need to use your company email address in order to login. Anyone from a member company can login to the member dashboard. If you have trouble logging in, please follow the on-screen instructions, or alternatively get in touch with your key account manager who will be able to help.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    Our cancellation policy requires a six-month notice period. We will be sad to see you go! Please get in touch with us at [email protected] to initiate the process.

    How do I contact OEUK?

    Each member is allocated an OEUK colleague who will act as your key account manager. As your main point of contact within OEUK they will be happy to direct your queries to the relevant person.
