OEUK invites you to join the launch of the Emissions Reduction Report 2024

1 August 2024

Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) the leading representative body of the offshore energy sector is pleased to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Emissions Reduction Report 2024.

The UK offshore energy sector has made significant strides towards meeting its Net Zero commitments, exceeding the decarbonisation targets set by the regulators.

The Emissions Reduction Report 2024 will give an in-depth analysis of the UK’s oil and gas industry’s emissions reduction progress and the importance of an integrated homegrown energy sector in achieving Net Zero targets by 2050.

Mark Wilson, HSE & Operations Director, OEUK said: “The launch of our Emissions Reduction Report 2024 marks a pivotal moment in the sector’s ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices within the offshore energy sector. We are excited to share our findings and collaborate with industry leaders and policymakers to drive the change, and the investment we need to build a homegrown energy transition.”
