Oxford Flow, the flow control equipment specialist, today expands into new UK headquarters in Witney, Oxfordshire. The larger facility consolidates all three Oxfordshire sites into one hub, spanning engineering, production, commercial, R&D and support functions to further bolster efficiency for customers. With an expanded floorspace of 23,695 sq ft, it accommodates Oxford Flow’s growing headcount of 60 and creates capacity for further recruitment as the company scales.
The move marks a major milestone Oxford Flow’s growth journey, expanding its global headcount by more than 50% since January 2025 and doubling operational activity year-on-year from 2015- 2023. Backed by strong investor support, including a $25 million Series C funding round co-led by bp Ventures and Energy Impact Partners in late 2024, Oxford Flow continues to scale its operations, ramping up manufacturing, and strengthening its leadership team to fuel international expansion.
“This move is a milestone in our growth journey. By bringing our teams together under one roof, we’re creating the space and collaboration needed to accelerate innovation and deliver even greater value to our customers worldwide. The expanded facility not only strengthens our manufacturing capabilities but also provides room for our growing workforce to thrive. For our people, it’s an environment designed to spark ideas, build connections and scale with our ambitions. For our customers, it means efficient delivery, higher quality and a partner ready to grow with them.” – Neil Poxon, CEO of Oxford Flow
