Port of Aberdeen has made strategic internal appointments to its leadership team as it targets growth in the energy, trade, and tourism sectors.
Peter Suttie has become the port’s operations manager; Benji Morrison is the harbour master and Lewis Matheson is his deputy (shown below, L-R). John Wilson has joined the executive leadership team as the head of engineering. The port accounts for 45% of Scotland’s total vessel traffic.
In a March 15 statement, CEO Bob Sanguinetti said: “These internal promotions demonstrate our commitment to develop and invest in our people so they are empowered with the values and capability to create and deliver prosperity for generations. It’s an exciting time to be at Port of Aberdeen!”
