The international oil and gas industry in the North Sea and adjacent waters has established a cooperation of mutual assistance in case of an emergency. The Operators Cooperative Emergency Services (OCES) is the organisational framework within which the members can cooperate on emergency preparedness. This document includes the Joint Declaration and Emergency Assistance Code.
