About this group

The purpose of the Forum is to provide a formal and active body where representatives can have constructive discussions and undertake relevant action on industry-wide legal issues such as; international arbitration, competition law, environmental and safety law and regulations, that impact contractors, operators and other licence holders. Membership of the Forum shall be open to all full members of OEUK.

All OEUK Operator and Contractor member companies.

Forum objectives

  1. Promoting open dialogue between lawyers within and across all sectors of the industry on topics on the legal and regulatory environment of industry and developing and promoting contractual, legal and regulatory industry- wide initiatives impacting both contractors and operators/other licence holders;
  2. Providing an open arena to speak with experts in their field on issues such as (but not limited to) international arbitration, competition law, environmental and safety law and regulations that impact both contractors and operators/other licence holders.
