Norwegian certification agency DNV has bought US ANB Systems, a software as a service company with which it has long enjoyed a fruitful partnership, the two said September 12.
By integrating ANB’s well established business process management software with DNV’s expertise, DNV said it aims to facilitate its customers’ journey towards decarbonised, safe, and efficient energy systems.
Founded 25 years ago, ANB Systems has gained extensive expertise in developing digital solutions that simplify, automate, and standardize processes for energy efficiency, electric vehicles, distributed generation, interconnection, and line and pole management.
This acquisition will enable DNV to leverage ANB’s ready and configurable solutions, allowing customers to deploy and manage multiple energy schemes, expediting time-to-market and enhancing integration with existing portfolios.
