North Sea waste and decommissioning services provider Augean North Sea Services (ANSS) has acquired the EcoCentre at Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.
ANSS says the addition of the site compliments and enhances the range of services it offers the market, including the ability to recycle and re-use a wider spectrum of waste materials.
ANSS assists the treatment, recycling and re-use of waste material derived from well drilling and maintenance activities on rigs (offshore) through to treatment, recycling and safe disposal of waste onshore. The EcoCentre facility will allow staff to access and optimise existing and introduce further waste treatment processes for a broad range of offshore materials, including drill cuttings and slop waters through a variety of novel technology processes.
