Engineering, procurement and construction company Katoni Engineering has appointed Leigh-Ann Robb as its offshore operations manager and Ross MacPhail as offshore construction manager, it said March 9. As highly talented and experienced individuals, they fit the ethos of working ‘The Katoni Way’, the company said. They will add to Katoni’s capabilities offering as customers face short-term resourcing challenges.
Ms Robb brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment, training and on and offshore operations management. This will enable Katoni to deliver construction capability as a service line rather than a man-hour focused operation.
Mr MacPhail has over 18 years of offshore construction experience, managing large teams on and onshore in key delivery roles in many assets.
