At our final Breakfast Briefing of 2026, taking place shortly after the government’s Autumn Budget, we’ll launch our latest Supply Chain Report, revealing fresh insight into confidence, capacity and where future investment could flow.
The report finds that only 35% of companies are confident about the next 12 months, while 8 in 10 expect a greater share of future growth and investment to take place outside the UK. At the same time, 95% believe they could increase capacity if UK activity rose, highlighting the opportunity still available if projects move forward and businesses have the confidence to invest.
Against that backdrop, leaders from industry, investment and policy will come together to discuss:
