About this forum
The ESA Workforce Engagement Forum meets quarterly in the months of February, May, August, and November. The sessions are attended by representatives from the signatory companies, the trade unions and both trade union and employee nominated representatives.
The purpose of the forum is to Support the strategic objectives of the ESA by actioning and achieving the objectives set by the Signatories.
Dates for 2026 are 27th May 2026, 25th August 2026.
Forum objectives
Discuss, debate and propose non-financial updates to the agreement, in line with legislation changes, updated industry requirements and for the benefit of the efficient and effective running of the agreement
Increase employee voice across the scope of the Energy Services Agreement.
