About this group

The Environment Forum provides a collaborative space for members across the UKCS offshore energy sector to advance environmental performance and support the reduction of operational emissions. The forum brings together expertise from a wide range of OEUK members, enabling the sharing of good practice, identifying common challenges and exploring opportunities to improve environmental outcomes.

The membership is open to all OEUK members that have the technical expertise or interest in offshore energies environmental issues within their organisation

Objectives

  • Enhance environmental sustainability through operational improvements, responsible resource management and informed decision making.
  • Highlight emissions reduction activities, including efficiency measures and technology led approaches.
  • Strengthen alignment between environmental priorities, regulatory expectations and industry practices.
  • Exchange specialist knowledge and operational experience across disciplines.
  • Participate in activities that promote positive environmental impact within local communities.
