Independent producer and storage operator Kistos has confirmed the appointment of James Thomson as CFO with effect from January 1. He is also now a member of the board of directors. He succeeds Richard Slape who has held this position since October 2021 and will be stepping down from the board.
Mr Thomson was appointed to Kistos as deputy CFO in October 2024, “facilitating a smooth transition of roles over the past three months.”
