Crisis management specialists MCM is celebrating 25 years of operations this April. The company said in an April 16 statement that it has become a trusted leader in incident response and crisis communications which it is expanding with new offerings.
These include new partnerships such as with HealthHero to support personnel struggling psychologically in the aftermath of critical incidents; and stress awareness training for emergency response teams. It has also recruited evacuee responders to its unique response network and upgraded its round-the-clock specialist call centre services.
