ModuSpec has agreed the extension of a global frame contract for rig inspection services with one of the world’s leading upstream operators. The two-year extension is the continuation of a relationship started over 30 years ago, the Vysus Group company said July 21.
The award comes when the rig market and demand for drilling globally are surging.
ModuSpec said: “This contract extension represents the long-standing trust our client has in our capabilities to support its global rig activity.” The frame contract award is anticipated to be worth over £500,000/yr. Complex rig work for this company has taken ModuSpec to Angola, Mexico and the Netherlands.
