Prism Energy launches upgraded project management software

Aberdeen-based Prism Energy has unveiled an enhanced version of its project management software, Prism Apps, designed to improve user experience and streamline global project workflows. Originally developed to support Prism’s consultancy services, the software offers a faster, more intuitive alternative to traditional tools like Excel. Since its inception, Prism Apps has evolved to include modules for Risk Management, Action Tracking, and Lessons Learned, and is now used across major CAPEX, ABEX, and OBEX projects worldwide.

The new version, launched on September 1st, retains all existing functionality while introducing over 400 client-driven enhancements made in 2024. Users can now raise risks, actions, MOCs, or lessons learned with a single click, significantly reducing time spent on admin tasks. Prism’s in-house development team remains available for support, reinforcing the company’s commitment to responsiveness and customer service.
