The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Operators of FPSOs and FSUs, and Tanker Owners, with regard to best practice to be adopted for tandem offtake by tanker. The document is aimed primarily at UK continental shelf operations but may be adopted by other regimes where this guidance does not contravene any local regulations.
