This interactive map is built from workforce data drawn from LOGIC’s offshore personnel-tracking system Vantage POB, currently showing 2025 figures with 2024, 2023 and 2022 also available for comparison. It shows where our workforce lives, broken down by postcode area, nationality, age and role, plus a worldwide view for workers based outside the UK.
Methodology note
This map is based on workforce records for 2022 to 2025, with 2025 shown by default. In 2025, 43,802 individuals were recorded, and 33,399 had a postcode that matched a UK postcode area and appear on the main map. In 2024, the totals were 46,070 recorded and 35,449 matched. In 2023, the totals were 46,004 recorded and 35,807 matched. In 2022, the totals were 45,903 recorded and 36,430 matched.
Most of the remainder work outside the UK, so their records carry a home country postal code rather than a UK one. These workers are not left out: switch to the Worldwide view to see them grouped by nationality instead. A smaller number could not be matched because of data entry issues.
