Cluff Natural Resources has issued an update to accompany its full-year results for 2019, in which it has announced a proposal to change its name to Deltic Energy Plc, subject to shareholder approval. The company says the change symbolises its transition into a more operational phase in its development.
The update also noted that Cluff continues to work with Shell towards firm well commitments on its Pensacola and Selene prospects, while technical work is ongoing on Licences P2428 (Cupertino), P2424 (Cortez) and P2435 (Blackadder) in advance of prospective farm-outs.
It also awaits results from multiple applications submitted for additional licences as part of the Oil & Gas Authority’s latest Offshore Licensing Round, with awards expected in summer 2020. Read more…
