Harbour Energy appoints Graeme Davies as Managing Director of UK Business Unit; Scott Barr appointed Mexico MD
Harbour Energy today announced the appointment of Graeme Davies as Managing Director of its UK Business Unit, effective 1 October 2026. Graeme, currently Executive Vice President, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), will be based in Aberdeen and report to Chief Operating Officer, Nigel Hearne.
Graeme succeeds Scott Barr, who has been appointed Managing Director of Harbour’s Mexico Business Unit and will relocate to Mexico City from 1 November 2026. The appointments support Harbour’s continued focus on delivering value across its portfolio while ensuring strong leadership continuity in two strategically important parts of the business.
The UK is Harbour’s largest operated business unit and continues to play a key role in Harbour, delivering value from a diverse portfolio of assets.
