Private equity group Antin Infrastructure Partners has sold Kellas Midstream to a joint venture of BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Funds (GEPIF III) and GIC.
Kellas owns and operates key gas infrastructure in the UK, including the Central Area Transmission System (CATS), the Esmond Transportation System (ETS), and the Humber Gathering System (HGS). The transaction is expected to close in early 2020. Read more…
