Global Energy Group has secured a deal with 3rd Momentum that will see the two combine their inspection, wire rope and hydraulic hose businesses to create a new global services group.
The newly formed “Rig Surveys Group” will be jointly owned by the two companies, and will combine 3rd Momentum’s rig surveys, Evolution Ropes and Evolution Hose businesses with Global Energy’s inspection and wire ropes division.
