Energy sector learning technology provider Mintra has reached the pinnacle of success within its sector after being awarded Gold Standard accreditation from the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). The company, which supports the training and competency needs of energy and other safety-critical organisations worldwide, achieved 100% attainment across eight key performance indicators audited by the LPI.
Mintra has 11 years of continuous accreditation from the LPI – an organisation recognised as the leading global authority for workplace learning and development – but this is the first time it has been awarded the highest possible Gold Standard. In 2019 and 2020 Mintra was also featured in the LPI’s Top 15 Learning and Technology Providers.
The accreditation covers all aspects of Mintra’s capabilities, including its platform technologies such as the learning and competence management system Trainingportal, crew management software OCS HR and IMIST Online, which provides industry standard safety training for the energy sector.
