The Oil & Gas Technology Centre (OGTC) and Deep Science Ventures (DSV) have selected two pioneering start-up companies – Eltera and Optic Earth – to join the TechX Pioneers technology accelerator programme.
2019 TechX Pioneers include ten start-ups from across the oil and gas and clean-tech industries. Eltera’s technology converts wasted heat into electricity, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, while Optic Earth uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence to remove human bias from the seismic imaging workflow, improving the quality of images available.
The start-ups will embark on a 16-week Pioneer programme, which provides up to £100,000 in funding with no equity or pay back required, and close access to top-tier industry partners such as strategic partners BP and KPMG. Read more…
