DEKRA develops cultural change for international services company

DEKRA Organisational Reliability has published a case study on how it succeeded in developing company cultural change through leadership training at an international energy and services company.

DEKRA was brought in to undertake a Culture of Care Diagnostic to develop leadership at the company’s sites and raise performance on the Culture of Care Maturity Ladder model. Through coaching support and workshops, the client went from being a poor HSE performer in the oil and gas sector to reaching the top quartile in HSE performance, with a significantly reduced lost time injury frequency (LTIF) and a 300% increase in reporting.
