Following a 44-year career, Robert J Cooper is to retire from his post as CEO Harland and Wolff Group PLC and Harland and Wolff Heavy Industries Limited. Robert has been CEO since 2003 and makes way for the current Director of Business Development and Improvement, Jonathan Guest, to step in to his shoes.
