PBS has extended a maintenance and operations contract with TotalEnergies for its North Sea assets, it said April 25. Its five-year contract was due to expire in mid 2025 but TotalEnergies was so satisfied with the work so far that it has extended it until the end of May 2026.
PBS is an Aberdeen-based consortium comprising Ponticelli UK, Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services and Semco Maritime.
Expressing delight at the opportunity to strengthen its relationship with TotalEnergies, PBS said last year had seen step-change improvements in critical work-streams, timely shutdown delivery and an excellent overall safety record.
