Port of Aberdeen won the Business of the Year Award for its “stellar performance” in 2023, it said June 11. The award honours excellence, innovation and exceptional achievements in the maritime industry.
The port had reported record financial results, completed its £420mn expansion and made headway with its net-zero emissions strategy.
The awarding body, Maritime UK, said: “With their remarkable achievements in their respective fields, these individuals and organisations are true standard bearers of our maritime sector.”
